This client are seeking an experienced and dedicated Family Solicitor to join their dynamic team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, a passion for helping clients navigate complex legal matters, and the ability to provide empathetic and practical advice.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, adoption, and domestic violence cases
- Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and represent clients in court when necessary
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring they fully understand their rights and options
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law developments and regulations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating empathy and understanding
- Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive legal solutions
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE
- Strong knowledge of family law legislation and procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Empathy and a client-centric approach to legal practice
- Strong organizational and time management skills
