A brand new family solicitor vacancy due to succession planning for this established firm of solicitors based in the North East region.Â
The role will ultimately inherit a full and existing Family /Matrimonial case load due to partner retirement which currently stands at 65% legal aid 35% private. A full range of matters as you might expect including divorce/matrimonial, ancillary relief, cohabitee disputes, children and care proceedings etc.
Any additional memberships such as Resolution OR Family/Children Panel Membership would prove useful.Â
Lawyers with advocacy skills would also be of interest.
The role is open to solicitors with no less than 5 pqe and can offer genuine partnership prospects for the right individual.
