To meet the demands of the growing clientele, they are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Locum Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the team on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities:
As a Family Locum Solicitor or Legal Executive, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of purely private paying family matters. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality legal advice and representation to the clients, ensuring their best interests are protected throughout the process. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1 Conducting legal research and providing accurate and comprehensive advice on various family law issues.
2 Preparing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court forms.
3 Representing clients in court hearings and other family law proceedings.
4 Assisting clients in negotiations and mediation sessions to reach amicable settlements.
5 Maintaining meticulous case records and documentation.
6 Communicating with clients, opposing counsels, and relevant stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
7 Upholding confidentiality and ethical standards in all aspects of the role.

Requirements:
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

1 Qualifications: A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a valid practicing certificate in England and Wales, specializing in family law.
2 Experience: Demonstrable experience in handling a variety of family law cases, ideally in a private paying capacity.
3 Expertise: Strong knowledge of relevant family law legislation, procedures, and best practices.
4 Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
5 Time Management: Effective time management skills to handle multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
6 Advocacy: Experience in representing clients in court and advocating on their behalf in family law proceedings.
7 Empathy: A compassionate and empathetic approach to understanding clients' needs and providing support during difficult times.
8 Professionalism: Upholding the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity.
