Family Law - Head of Department - Oxford

A senior position has come up within a successful, long established and growing Oxfordshire based practice who are looking to recruit someone to head up and spearhead the further development of their successful Family law team.

The successful candidate will be joining an existing team of family lawyers dealing with a broad range of privately funded family law matters including divorce, financial settlements, and issues regarding children. All the work the firm deals with is privately funded.

This is a great opportunity for a senior family law solicitor to join a department where they can continue to work on high end work whilst earning a good salary and other great benefits including bonuses, pension and much more and really grow something and make a name for yourself and the firm in the market.

Due to the senior nature of the position it is envisaged that the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of not only dealing with a caseload of family law matters but also experience of managing within a successful family law team previously.

This is a key strategic hire for the firm who have ambitions to develop this department and build upon their good name in the market. The successful candidate will be a key figure, working closely with the partners of the firm and the other lawyers within the family team to develop the team and take the department to the next level.
