Factory Labourer

We are seeking motivated Production Operatives to join our client in Spennymoor. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an industry leader known for their commitment to quality and innovation.

37.5 hours per week

Job Description:

- Assist the factory supervisor in the daily operations of the factory

- Assist Stores/Logistics with packing pallets ready for dispatch

- Working with fabricators as and when required.

- Handle various materials, tools, and machinery used in production

- Maintain the cleanliness of the work area

- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols

- Assist in inventory management

Requirements:

The successful candidate will:

- Have previous experience in a manufacturing environment

- Possess strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials

- Be able to follow instructions and operate machinery

- Have great attention to detail

- Have good communication skills

- Be punctual and reliable

- Hold a forklift licence would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
