This is a rare short term contract opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Facilities Coordinator to be involved in a varied role. You will be responsible for overseeing facility activities, health and safety and serving as a first point of contact for contractors, engineers and customers.
As the Facilities Coordinator you can enjoy the full spectrum of benefits this company has to offer:
•Hourly rate of £12.50+ depending on experience
•8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch)
•Subsided canteen

As the Facilities Coordinator you will be:
•Supporting the General Manager with day-to-day facilities activities, overseeing the reporting and monitoring of progress for all day-to-day maintenance
•Responsible for the contract management of all building services, environmental systems, maintenance, and repairs
•Liaise with and monitor on-site contractors including catering staff
•Act as a first point of contact for all external contractors regarding works and services to all areas of the site
•Proactively develop and implement best practice processes along with all relevant Health and Safety requirements
To succeed as the Facilities Coordinator you will need:
•Lots of energy, possess a can-do attitude and a willingness to embrace new challenges
•A highly organised, proactive and self-motivated nature
•Great customer service skills
