Facilities Contract Manager - Static Site

Are you a Contract Manager or Account Manager working within the Maintenance / Facilities Management sector looking for a new role, or a Technical Supervisor on a large site looking to take the next step in your career.

This National Facilities Services company are recruiting a Contract Manager for a large site in Swindon.

Ideally you will be from a technical Mechanical / Electrical background and have previous Contract / Account Management experience.

Have experience of working closely with the client

Have experience of managing a team of M&E and Fabric engineers

You will be responsible for

Managing a team of 14 employees looking after the services on site contact value circa £2M turnover

Providing Technical support to the site FM covering numerous maintenance and reactive works in a commercial and industrial environment

Managing M&E PPM and reactive works to meet KPI’s and SLA’s
