Facilities Assisatant

We are looking for an Experienced cleaning operative to work in SW18 

Must have housekeeping /cleaning experience 

Part time role on a temp basis but will lead to permanent role (20 hrs per week) Including weekends 

Duties Include,

• Cleaning all communal areas thoroughly daily, including polishing, dusting, hoovering and also sparkle cleans of apartments for move in's
• Ensure lifts are kept clean and panels streak free 
• Open, friendly and helpful approach with all requests made with emphasis on servicing the resident 
• Ensure daily cleaning checklists are completed in a timely manner 
• Provide utility readings as and when required by residents 
• Maintain a clean and smart appearance at all times 

What we are looking for? 

• Previous housekeeping or cleaner within residential properties or hospitality 
• Excellent communication skills 
• The ability to work with in a fast paced environment and time management is key
