My client are an international law firm based in Leeds City Centre who are looking for a Facilities Administrator to join their busy and expanding office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global and ambitious company with exceptional career progression opportunities.

As a Facilities Administrator your duties will include:

  • Assisting with incoming and outgoing post
  • Filing and archiving
  • Processing invoices and expenses
  • Setting up and maintaining meeting rooms
  • Dealing with queries from all clients and visitors

As a Facilities Administrator you will have the following skills:

  • Previous Administration experience
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Packages
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised
