The Opportunity
This post represents an exciting opportunity where we are looking for an ambitious individual to join a team of staff in Keele University’s Estate and Campus Services Directorate. The Directorate is responsible for delivering a comprehensive, efficient and customer focused service across a diverse range of activities to the Keele University community.

The successful candidates will assist with improving the external environment of the university with basic repairs/ maintenance of campus buildings. This will include painting, cleaning and minor repairs. Due to the nature of the work, it will involve working at height and the regular use of a powered platform.

The successful candidates will have experience in a construction, building/ facilities management or maintenance environment along with excellent organisation, planning, communication, customer service and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
This is a full-time position and the average hours of work are 38.5 per week Monday to Friday.
