Reed Business Support is recruiting on behalf of an established company in the Rossendale area that is looking for an Export Sales Administrator to join their busy team.
The overall responsibility of this role will be to deal with customer calls and support the Export team in their daily duties.
Your main duties will include:
• Order processing
• Answering calls and handling email queries from Export customers
• Updating customers on any stock items and expected delivery dates
• Ensuring all out of stock items are dispatched immediately when they come into stock
• Preparing Export documentation
• Arranging daily shipments to customers from the UK warehouse
• Liaising with couriers to arrange collections
• Progressing all customer complaints to resolution
• Managing customer orders in conjunction with the Warehouse and Operations departments
Salary: £24000-£25000 per annum.
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am – 5.00pm.
To be considered for this position you will have experience in a similar role as well as be fluent in German.
