Recruitment Consultant (1 year + experience) placing Client Service professionals into the Creative Sector | Harmonic Finance | B Corp

Join the Harmonic team! Following a flying start to 2024, we are excited to announce a new role within our Client Services team.

As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will be integral in supporting some of the most innovative and exciting businesses across the UK. You will be collaborating with Client Service professionals who are responsible for shaping some of the biggest advertising agencies in the UK!

As you begin to immerse yourself in the space, you will gain valuable analytical skills that will help you build a comprehensive knowledge of the Client Services and the creative market. As part of your learning and development programme, we will look to upskill you in networking, research, and commercial negotiations to a high level, winning new business and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

We offer unrivalled career progression - with colleagues having the opportunity to become a leader or manager in as little as 18 months. First year earnings are c.£100-120k significantly rising each year but with an uncapped commission structure, you can far exceed these.

Roles + Responsibilities:

  • Develop your skills as a recruiter through our excellent training and development programme.
  • Climb our clearly outlined career progression pathway, which on top of making a life changing amount of money, can allow you to build and manage a high performing team (Harmonic have grown from 2-40 people in 6 years and we are looking to double in size in the next two-three years).
  • Be part of Harmonic’s fun and social work culture that includes quarterly Michelin star lunches in London, annual international trips and monthly social activities.
  • Join Manchester and establish yourself as a future leader in a small but rapidly expanding team.
  • Have the longer-term opportunity to become part of the senior management team and receive equity in the business.

The Opportunity:

The Essentials:

  • At least 12 months recruitment experience.
  • An appreciation and sharing of our values.

Training:

Following your initial 8-week induction period with our CIPD Level 5 qualified Learning and Development specialist, Alex Sharp, we are proud to have a dedicated member of the team, Charlotte Greenwood, who provides ongoing coaching and development. We’ve also invested in a brilliant online learning system to ensure the whole team always have key learning resources.
