Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Personal Assistant to join the team.

Salary: £30 - 35K Depending on experience

About The Company:
Our client is a leading global law organisation that specialises in personal and commercial law. They cover a wide variety of services and focus on delivering a personal approach to each of their clients and cases.
Due to their continued success, they are looking for an Executive PA to join the team primarily to support the Managing Partner.
Executive PA – The Role:
This is a new role for the business and will act as the right-hand person to the Managing Partner. You will be responsible for co-ordinating diaries, arranging their attendance at networking events and conferences, as well as organising their correspondence. Additionally, it will also be responsible for the overall running of their office such as data management and dealing with incoming enquiries.
Executive PA – Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and co-ordinate the Managing Partner’s diary. This will include arranging/confirming attendance at networking events
- Deal with incoming enquiries including email, post, phone calls, often on behalf of the Managing Partner
- Liaise with clients and other staff to ensure a smooth running of the practice
- Manage the day to day running of the office
Executive PA – You:
- You will have previous experience of working in an Executive PA role
- You are a self-starter and able to work independently
- Strong communication and organisational skills
