Location: Berlin (Hybrid)

Salary: £42,000 - £46,000

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional seeking an exciting opportunity in the fast-paced world of FMCG?

As the backbone of our operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll take on everything from arranging meetings and events to preparing presentations and organizing travel. The pace and success of our business will mean that every hour could bring something new. And you’ll effectively respond every time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Maintain the RVP of Germany’s diary, arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms/software links
  • Coordinate the RVP of Germany’s meetings and conferences, including venue/hotel booking, travel, catering etc.
  • Attend meetings, minute/action as required and track/maintain actions to close
  • Creating Power Point, Word and Excel presentations/documents and spreadsheets
  • Prepare and submit expense reports (multi currencies)
  • Create and maintain purchase orders to payment of invoices with our EMEA finance team
  • Carry out specific projects and research on behalf of the RVP of Germany, managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain offices systems, data management and electronic filing as needed
  • Other ad hoc duties as required by the RVP of Germany which will develop in line with the needs of the business and position holder capability

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrated ability of providing high level administration support
  • Intermediate/advanced MS Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Demonstrated ability of managing/owning own projects
  • Team player, build and maintain strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organised and efficient with outstanding time management skills and the ability to prioritise work effectively
  • A ‘can do’, flexible attitude with high attention to detail
  • Passionate, intelligent, resilient, and highly motivated
  • Able to work well under pressure, to strict deadlines remaining calm and professional at all times
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times of information related to the company and its employees
  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently within in a dynamic environment, driven by fast decision making
  • Some travel to meeting/events as required
