Executive Assistant (12 months fixed)
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Executive Assistant for a C Suite Executive. This is a rare opportunity to work at the very heart of an organisation, playing a pivotal role in facilitating the Executives leadership and contributing to the institution's success.
This role is 12 month fixed term contract and 4 days in the office.
The role:
- Act as a trusted confidante and right-hand person you will be managing his complex schedule, prioritising tasks, and providing proactive support for his diverse range of commitments.
- Mastermind impactful projects and initiatives, taking ownership of their development and execution while demonstrating political acumen and discretion.
- Become the voice of the Executive office, providing exceptional customer service to internal and exte5nal stakeholders, managing high-profile visits, and collaborating with departments across the university.
- Leading a small team, fostering a positive and motivating environment, setting goals, providing feedback, and supporting their professional development.
- Undertaking research and producing high level reports, presentations and documents.
- Staying ahead of the curve, keeping the Executive informed about key developments in the industry and proactively identifying opportunities for advancement.
- Embrace challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment, exhibiting strong initiative, excellent judgment, and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Applicants will have a solid background supporting at C Suite Level in a PA or Executive Assistant capacity. Ideally you will be a graduate with a degree-level qualification or demonstrably equivalent experience. Experience of managing staff is also required.
