Exam Services Coordinator - to £19K p.a.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Network Support Team providing a full range of administrative and customer service support related to this corporate study centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administration relating to all examinations (UK and international)

  • Supporting stakeholders by promoting and managing the delegate booking for events

  • Updating and maintaining the database and assisting with student registrations

  • Being first point of contact for enquiries

  • Assisting in the accreditation process

    Essential Skills/ Experience

  • Experience in an office based customer service role is essential

  • Confident and professional telephone manner with the ability to manage a high volume of calls

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Good MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM skills

  • Well organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload

  • Ability to develop good working relationships with members and colleagues

  • Accurate with a high attention to detail

  • Ability to learn and retain high volumes of information
