?? Role overview: Join the content team as a Speaker Operations Coordinator and contribute to the seamless execution of our client's global events. You'll play a vital role in conference production and coordination by managing relationships with stakeholders and speakers, facilitating introductions, researching new speakers, and ensuring the realisation of the client's vision across the their collective. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to interact with industry leaders, drive innovation, and make a lasting impact within the tech startup ecosystem for those candidates genuinely passionate about the tech industry. This is a role best suited to those who have great comms, admin and research skills, as well as content creation and event management.

? What you’re good at:

  • Strong research skills
  • Meticulous event planning (in either a personal or professional setting!)
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

?? Bonus points for:

  • Previous experience in B2B event management
  • Knowledge of the tech startup ecosystem
  • An interest in the tech industry
  • Demonstrated ability to automise processes and improve workflows
