Events Coordinator
Clarity are excited to be working with this great company based in near Farnham to recruit for an Events Coordinator.
The Role:
This role is to primarily support the sales team, working within a progressive and well establised business your day to day duties will include coordinating trade show bookings, attendees, stand builds and related administration. Supporting the sales team when they are attending events across the UK and on occasion you may be attending the shows to provide support.
The role is full time, office based and due to the location, you must be a car driver.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role, gathering information and coordinating attendance of trade events. It is important that you are an organised individual who pays close attention to detail. You will also have an excellent telephone and written manner and be able to work to deadlines. Experience working with co ordinating trade shows is of benefit.
