The experience we need.
This role could be suitable for a variety of more junior candidates with a desire to build a career in Events. Ideally somebody looking for their first or second job after education. You will have some experience across events or social media, pa or office administration. If you have a relevant degree or qualification that would definitely be more desirable.
-To co-ordinate and administer a variety of work programmes
-To support the team, including booking travel & accommodation and co-ordinating diaries.
-To co-ordinate the regular national delivery group meetings, ensure these are accurately minuted and actions are followed up.
-To drive communications and deliver comms to the wider company stakeholders, including production of newsletters, updating the website, managing social media platforms and ensuring the website is regularly updated in line with the communications plan.
-Attend regional and national events by co-ordinating attendance for speaking and exhibition requests and attending where necessary.
-To build personal networks and contacts to support the wider dissemination of the initiative and its message / values.
With a Head office base in an open plan, modern office close to Cabot Circus. This company work within the healthcare sector. They have around 100 employees in Bristol, with offices around the UK.
What you’ll get in return.
The salary for this position is between £20,000 - £21,000 depending on experience, very generous pension, healthcare, and holiday allowance.
