Your new company is a well established business based in Wigan who are seeking a temporary Events and Conference Co-ordinator due to increased demand.
Your new role
Your new role will require you to carry out duties such as deal with email and phone enquiries, diary management for events such as parties, weddings and conferences, liaise effectively with other departments, maintain the filing and archive systems, effectively place orders for events, liaise with clients who have booked events, delivering exceptional customer services and assist the finance, sales and marketing department when required.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need recent experience within a similar role and have strong administration skills. You will need to be confident using Excel, Word and Outlook and be confident dealing with telephone enquiries and liaising with clients.
