Event Operations Manager
Berkshire Based Luxury 5* Property
£40000 + Service Charge
40hr Contract
 
We are seeking an experienced and Event Operations Manager to join our team. As the Event Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
 
Lead and coach your team to provide service excellence across the 240 acres of parkland. Provide luxury food and beverage service to all our guests, whether they are dining in their room, part of a social or corporate event or enjoying a picnic on property
 
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless coordination between various departments to deliver exceptional events.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Handle and resolve any issues or complaints that may arise during events promptly and effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of food and wine pairings.
  • Experience in training and developing staff members.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complaints with professionalism and tact.
