Job Summary

To ensure that ID Medical is a Nurses first choice of agency, maximising all opportunities for all Nurses to be placed. Build and develop professional relationships with Clients by agreeing service requirements and ensuring all parties are kept informed of relevant information in order to enhance customer loyalty and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

To establish individual and pod responsibilities, objectives, accountabilities and measures, by agreement and delegation within a team
Meeting target requirements to support business growth objectives and plans
To develop team-working, cooperation, morale, team-spirit & role-model behaviour
To ensure total compliance with governing bodies and guidelines in current legislation and internal booking procedures are followed
Utilize the eclipse in house system to ensure clients and pay rates details are updated and accurate
To support and promote all new initiatives implemented into the business
Monitor and support the team and business in resolving outstanding recoveries and client requirements
Monitoring handovers and dealing with any key issues within the pod, arranging late and evening handovers
Support the team in achieving daily targets, including talk times, and identifying and key issues

Compliance Status of Nurses booked at your Clients
Quantity and Quality clients developed
Outstanding recoveries / Shifts filled
Quality of handover process
Daily KPI review

Shift Patterns

3 evenings per week (5.00pm - 10.00pm) + 1 weekend Rotating shift
(Week 1 17.00am - 3.00pm / week 2 (3.00pm - 10.00pm)

2 evenings per week (5.00pm - 10.00pm) + 1 weekend Rotating shift
(Week 1 17.00am - 3.00pm / week 2 (3.00pm - 10.00pm)
