As a Project Manager specializing in Electric Vehicles, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within the EV sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EV technologies, along with a proven track record of managing projects from initiation through to completion.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with company goals and client requirements.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
EV Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of electric vehicle technologies and industry trends to make informed decisions and provide guidance to the project team.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality EV solutions.
Timeline Adherence: Ensure project timelines are met and adjust plans as necessary to accommodate changes in scope or unforeseen challenges.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, milestones achieved, and any potential deviations from the plan.
Team Leadership: Inspire and lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on electric vehicle projects.
In-depth knowledge of electric vehicle technologies, charging infrastructure, and industry standards.
Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate and resolve project challenges.
Familiarity with project management tools and software.
