Location: Chorley

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £40,000 to £50,000 subject to experience level, plus company vehicle or car allowance, 28 days holiday + bank holiday and gain 1 day each year of service, pension, healthcare, phones laptops provided.

We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join a busy HVAC company that have a large presence in the water treatment and fire systems industry.

We are looking for an estimator that have dealt with projects up to half a million in value but could also been working on projects as small as a couple of thousand pounds.

The ideal person for this position will have experience dealing with fire dampers, fire doors and fire compartmentation surveys. This could also include clean ventilation ductwork, air handling units, and kitchen extracts.

The right person for this position will have at least three years' experience estimating for fire projects/Fire stopping as well as being able to conduct site surveys and sales meetings.

This is an office-based position based in Chorley;however, this person will be given a company car to attend site.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Fire stopping.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Estimator
• NVQ Level 2 Fire stopping.
• FIRAS Accredited
• Based in a commutable distance from Chorley.
• Great communication skills
• Passion to grow with the company.

Package:

• Basic salary subject to experience level
