Remuneration: £40,000neg + bonus

The role of the Estimator / Project Manager- Architectural Stonework will involve:

• Estimator / Project Manager position dealing with a high quality manufactured range of architectural stonework such as facades, cladding, wall dressings, window dressings, balustrades, landscaping & paving
• Liaising with architects, specifiers, main contractors, sub-contractors, and private end users
• Reviewing drawings and gaining an understanding of projects/requirements
• Producing quotes & take offs from architectural drawings
• Producing CAD designs / drawings relevant to the project
• Manage the process from enquiry through to completion
• Working on projects varying in size from £10k to £250k

The ideal applicant will be Estimator / Project Manager- Architectural Stonework with:

• Must have experience within the construction industry, ideally within the building envelope or architectural stonework market sectors
• Must have the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
• Ideally working in a technical role such as Designer, Architectural Technologist, Architectural Technician, Estimator, Draughtsman, CAD Technician, Project Manager or Project Coordinator
• Ideally will have AutoCAD experience
• Strong relationship builder
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
