Remuneration: £35,000 - £50,000

The role of the Estimator - Electrical Services will involve:

• Estimator role dealing with a range of electrical installation services for predominantly the commercial & industrial market sectors
• Gaining an understanding of project requirements via drawings and client liaison
• Perform quantity take-offs and material pricing to accurately estimate project costs
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services
• Present estimates to clients and participate in negotiation discussions as needed
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project-related documentation
• Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and technology to enhance estimating accuracy and efficiency.]
• Quoting and managing projects ranging in value from £20k to £500k

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Electrical Services with:

• Must have estimating experience within the electrical market sector
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and standards
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Capable of building and maintaining long term relationships with clients
• Resilient, hardworking attitude
• Full UK driving license
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
