Intermediate Estimator / Quantity Surveyor - Specialist Contractor - Hertfordshire
Up to £45,000 plus executive company car, benefits and bonus incentive
Our client is a leading specialist sub-contractor that is highly successful in the delivery of temporary works for major construction projects within London and the M25. They have an impressive client base and have worked on a number of landmark projects in recent years.
They are now seeking an Estimator from the industry to join their team or would also consider someone from a Quantity Surveying background who is looking to potentially develop their career in this field. They operate a flexible approach to tendering which includes competitive, traditional bills of quantities, design and build as well as spec and drawings.
You will a have a proven track record in the 'building’ industry, working for a specialist contractor in either the scaffolding, temporary works, RC frame or Cladding sector. A minimum of 2 years plus experience working in the UK is essential, with demonstrable experience of pricing jobs up to £250,000 in value.
