Estate Agent Sales Valuer / Lister

Estate Agent Sales Valuer - Leicester - up to £25k basic plus generous commission

My client is a leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established for many years in the Leicester area. Due to continued success, they are looking to recruit an experienced Estate Agency Sales Valuer / Lister who will have at least 1 years' experience in carrying out valuations and have local area knowledge.

The role will include generating market appraisals, attending and converting market appraisals into new listings.

The successful Estate Agent Valuer will have the following skill set:

• Minimum 12 months experience working as an Estate Agent Valuer
• Proven track record in winning new business
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Full UK driving license and Car
• Knowledge of the Leicester market
