Estate Agent Sales Manager

A fantastic position has become available for an Estate Agent Sales Manager to join this well-respected independent estate agent in Worcester.

• Up to £35,000 basic salary plus commission based on performance - OTE £50,000+
• On site parking
• Monday - Friday position
• 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

• Fantastic opportunity for Senior Sales Negotiator, Valuer/Valuations Manager or Sales Manager to take the next step in their career!
• Working within a team to achieve the branch revenue target
• Offer a first class service to customers to improve market share
• Chair daily morning meeting setting the days expectations in terms of individuals and as a branch
• Identify the client needs and match to the proposition to help win new business
• Driving the team and leading from the front to be the best branch in the area
• Identifying opportunities to increase revenue streams through maximizing opportunity
• Maintaining and improving fee levels where possible
• Being that trainer and mentor that can support staff to excel within the industry

• You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
• Confident in supporting staff with training
• Able to spot opportunities for new business and lead from the front
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
• You will be well spoken and well presented
