Estate Agent HR, Accounts and Compliance Assistant - up to £23k (Monday - Friday)
This is a rare and superb opportunity to work for one of the Premier Property brands specialising in the mid to upper end market. Our clients are looking for an Accounts, HR and Compliance Assistant to work out of the office near Frome.
·Assisting with the monthly payroll and personnel issues, to include collecting and checking payroll and attendance information
·Preparation of staff induction and contractual paperwork, reference requests
·Maintaining staff directories and organising staff training.
·Assisting with staff pensions and auto enrolment.
·Assisting with negotiating of contracts for supplies and services
·Assisting with ensuring the firm's compliance with various legal and industry led policies and procedures.
·Production of monthly statistical, management information and costings as and when required.
·Minimum of 6 GCSE s to include Maths and ENglish or equivalent proven competence
·A recognised qualification in payroll/HR would be preferable
·Must have proven experience in a payroll oir HR role.
·Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
·Must be able to work individually and as part of a tea
·Show initiative and be adaptable and be confident working in a busy environment
·Must have a high level of competence in accounts and payroll software.
·Be confident and able to produce spreadsheets and graphs in Excel
·Valid driving licence and own car
