Job Title: Branch Manager
Location: Redditch
Basic Salary: up to £35,000k (depending on experience)
On Target Earnings:
£60,000+ (uncapped)

Our market leading client is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Branch Manager who wishes to forge a career within a highly successful Estate Agent inRedditch.

This role is for an existing Branch Manager, Sales Manager, Senior Valuer, wishing to take that next step in their career. You will have the ability to build excellent rapport with your team, lead by example and have the skill to mentor and influence in a positive way.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a team leader role within the industry, an excellent track record in both selling property and generating new business. You will not be required to do any valuing yourself, just the management of the branch.
