Estate Agency Sales Progressor

A unique opportunity has arisen to work undertaking high level Sales Progression for a forward-thinking property investment company.

The role is bespoke – as are our instructions from our client – due to both their precise criteria for the desired candidate and the type of work that the role will encompass.

The candidate we are seeking will be extremely experienced in Sales Progression and will be able to articulate what making that transaction successful looks like. In addition to intimate knowledge of the conveyancing process, applicants will be able to demonstrate a desire for continual personal improvement, exceptional communication skills and a clear results focussed, positive ‘can do’ attitude. An understanding of, and adherence to, the Core Value of the business, once understood, will be mandatory.

The role is more than solely Sales Progression. It will involve significant relationship management beyond that which is Buyer and Seller related. Managing relationships between panel Mortgage Brokers and Conveyancers, our clients’ own Lettings Agency to ensure that investors properties are let within necessary time frames post-Completion, organising snagging reports, arranging white goods and furniture packs between clients, agents and third party suppliers for Investor clients, all form part of this wide ranging role.

Many Investors have a long standing relationship with our Client. That relationship is built on the trust that comes from the longevity of the relationship. This role will be pivotal in maintaining those relationships and therefore the recruitment of only the very best candidate is the significant challenge we are delighted to be presented with. The CEO and business owner will personally be carrying out the final interviews. Despite the role title, this is more than a Sales Progressors role.
