Key Responsibilities:

  • Support to ensure pragmatic oversight of ESG integration
  • Oversee, maintain and evolve ESG tools, processes and frameworks
  • Assess short comings and create practicable solutions for ESG considerations
  • Deliver in house training on ESG standards 
  • Conduct thematic research on pressing topics
  • Deliver effective systematic ESG integration strategy
  • Assess and quantify ESG integration with investment due diligence teams for each asset class

Key Competencies:

  • Undergraduate degree (Minimum 2.1)
  • Knowledge of current ESG issues and policies, and how these relate to an investment context
  • Experience implementing systems and processes related to ESG
  • Experience using ESG tools
  • High quality communication skills
  • Ability to liaise with senior stakeholders
  • Strong written and presentation skills
