ERP Manager | D365 | Product Owner | Business Analyst

My client based in Surrey are looking to recruit an ERP Manager for their internal team, yu can work from home 2-3 days a week.

The role

Working closely with the relevant Business Process owners and external partners, the D365 ERP Manager is responsible for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of the ERP system and related applications.

Responsibilities include:

  • Product Owner of the D365 system
  • Responsible for maintaining and developing the relationship with our D365 partners and assessing these on an ongoing basis.
  • Support business analysts and other project team members in the delivery of critical and on-going improvement projects and development, which require end-to-end process and technical expertise.
  • Ongoing testing, UAT lead and Quality assurance.
  • Support the rest of the IT function in continuously improving the support provided to the Business.
  • To maintain and develop organisational culture, beliefs and reputation with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage all upgrades and deployments, together with our D365 partners.
  • System configuration & customisation.
  • User training & support for new users or regarding new systems / integrations / processes.
  • Oversee all integrations to the core ERP system.
  • Communicate business requirements to technical partners and what is technically feasible back to the business.

Experience sought:

  • Detailed experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (F&O) is a "must have".
  • Experience of Dynamics CRM would be helpful.
  • Extensive ERP configuration and maintenance experience.
  • Ability to "bridge the gap" between our IT partners and the business.
  • Project management skills
