Validation Engineer

One of our clients, a biotech organisation, is recruiting an experienced Validation Engineer to support delivering a new automated packaging & serialisation line.

The packing line is for Auto-injectors and consists of Labeller, Blister Former, Cartoner, Serialisation Unit and Case Packer.

Responsibilities:

• Support and execute life cycle documentation from SAT to OQ on a secondary packing line. The documentation set includes: SAT, Component Criticality Assessment, Master Configuration Specification, IQ, OQ, RTM, VSR.
• Management of Non Conformances and Change Controls and may also include technical authoring relating to SOPs

Requirements:

• The successful candidate must be a completer/finisher and will work within an established validation program.
• Experience in a similar position.

This is a predominantly site based role for an initial 3 months contract.
