EPOS Executive

My client, a Leisure and entertainment company, has come to us with a requirement for a proactive and hands-on structured individual. The candidate should be capable of delivering various IT projects, from Server upgrades and Network maintenance to new business innovation and system-specific improvements to a unique hospitality management system. Of course, you will help in the day-to-day running of the infrastructure and core application itself, but hands-on project delivery and a can-do attitude must be your strength.

Key Duties

As an EPOS Executive, you will be responsible for configuring data onto tills, managing additions/amendments, creating new price keys and promotions, actioning price changes and supporting the businesses implementation of menu changes and EPOS Requests.

You will also be updating Zonal & Qubica systems and running reports. Plus, you will be supporting our teams with daily queries.

You will need to be solutions orientated, adaptable and have excellent attention to detail to match the fast-paced environment that you will be in.

Exceptional service will be at the heart of your role.

Overall, the role of an EPOS Executive is crucial in ensuring that the business has efficient, reliable, and secure electronic point-of-sale systems to support our daily operations.

The candidate must have the ability to;

  • Previous experience with Zonal EPOS System
  • Familiar with Office 365 applications and Excel formula use
  • Strong planning and organisational abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A proven ability to work well under pressure within a fast-paced environment
  • A quick learner with the ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team

Salary

£38,000 + 33 days hols (inc bank hols) + 1 day for birthday.
