Entry Level Recruitment Consultant

Package: £22 - 24K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£45K OTE Year 1) (£60K OTE Year 2) (£80K OTE Year 3)

Specialists across the education sector, our client are growing rapidly and looking for an immediate start as well as summer starters to join their training academy.

With a focus on Further Education, Higher Education and Commercial Training markets, our client has gone from strength to strength.

Due to a super niche market, you’ll be able to establish yourself easily! Our client are big believers in organic growth and only promote from within, recent trainees have hit their first promotion in just 4 moths! This is down to how active the market is as well as the training and ongoing support!

The Role:

• Screening prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications
• Responsive relationship management with candidates as well as utmost attention to client mandates and timely project delivery.
• You will build and develop client and candidate relationships through the recruiting process.
• Supporting both clients and candidates to offer stage

The Requirements:

• Degree educated or 1 years sales experience
• Money motivated
• Ambitious
• Excellent communication skills
