Day rate - £550 -£750

Contract until - 31/01/2025

Location - Milton Keynes (2 days onsite)

We are looking for:

• Enterprise architecture experience within the retail and business banking world
• Confident and practised communicator, with excellent stakeholder management skills, internally and externally
• Takes a pragmatic and forward-thinking approach, plans for the business needs of tomorrow as well as today
• Strong influencing skills and ability to build commitment to defined strategies and approaches
• Ability to see how parts interact with the whole (big picture thinking)
• Ability to take responsibility for supporting the definition of the strategy and patterns across the bank in relation to retail and business banking
• Ability to work closely with subject matter experts in order to maintain a holistic view of the company's architectural strategy, processes and information technology assets.
• Work with the Domain Lead for Retail and Business Banking Enterprise Architecture, to ensure that the IT strategy aligns to the business mission, strategy, and processes and complies with Group IT strategy.
• Engaging with Group Architecture, other UK Architects, CTO/CIO/CDO colleagues, Industry representatives, Suppliers and Independent Analysis organisations to help support the development of IT Strategy, Roadmaps, Design Patterns and Solution designs.
• Gain understanding of a wide range of existing IT systems & solutions and support the evolution of these systems to their future state via Solution Designs that are aligned to our Design Principles, IT Strategy and Roadmaps.
• Support the review of 3rd Party vendor solutions to ensure compliance with our Design Principles and IT Strategy.
• Provide support for the various Architecture Governance processes & artefacts

It would also be nice for you to have.

• Architecture experience within personal and business accounts and UPLs sub domains.
• Proven experience of strategy definition.
