Position: Full-time English Teacher
Location: Hull
Start Date: April 8th, 2024
Duration: Until the end of the academic year

Salary: In line with Main Teaching Pay Scale
(Between £153.85 and £211.96 per day)

Duties of an English Teacher:

  • Develop and deliver engaging English lessons to students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum.
  • Support students with their academic and personal development.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience teaching English, preferably in a secondary school setting.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English literature and language.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.

Tradewind Recruitment Requirements:

  • DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Minimum of 2 satisfactory references.
  • Comprehensive CV detailing full career history.
  • Valid right to work in the UK.
