Position: Full-time English Teacher
Location: Hull
Start Date: April 8th, 2024
Duration: Until the end of the academic year
Salary: In line with Main Teaching Pay Scale
(Between £153.85 and £211.96 per day)
Duties of an English Teacher:
- Develop and deliver engaging English lessons to students.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum.
- Support students with their academic and personal development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Relevant experience teaching English, preferably in a secondary school setting.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English literature and language.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.

- DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Minimum of 2 satisfactory references.
- Comprehensive CV detailing full career history.
- Valid right to work in the UK.
