English Academic Mentor Role

As an English Academic Mentor, you will be moving throughout the English department to match demand in year 7-11. Your responsibilities will include leading small groups of pupils of varying abilities and helping struggling pupils reach their targets through group and 1:1 session. In this constantly changing position, you will be performing a roaming function, supporting teaching and learning where it is needed most allowing the successful English Academic Mentor to gain a broad knowledge and become a superb practitioner.
