Are you from a technical background looking for a varied and exciting Project Management role within a Market Leading company, with tailored training and development plans, and opportunities to progress technically and professionally?

Would you like to work with clients such as JCB, Ford and McLaren on exciting bespoke projects?

Our client manufactures test products & systems for propulsion, power train, vehicle, and component test systems, trading for 40 years the company is undergoing an exciting period of growth and change.

Of offer is a role where you will be responsible for running multi-faceted projects with a mix of internal equipment and specialist contractors. You will have demonstrable skills in achieving tight project schedules and ideally you will come from a background technical discipline and have developed the required commercial skills to be an effective PM.

The Role:

• Initiate the project - check feasibility and work out budgets, teams and resources
• Carry out planning - this will include setting goals and objectives, defining roles and producing schedules and timelines for tasks - in accordance with the needs of the client
• Select, lead, and motivate the project team from both internal and external stakeholders
• Manage the project - which includes coordinating the project team to keep them on track and keeping the project on budget
• Carry out monitoring and control activities to track the progress of the project
• Report regularly to management and the client
