Job description: Elevate your legal career with a prestigious Manchester law firm seeking a dedicated Employment Solicitor to join their dynamic team. This permanent role promises to be a rewarding venture for a legal professional passionate about employment law and eager to make a significant impact within a large, well-established practice.
Candidate at all levels will be considered from junior Solicitors to Senior Solicitors. This role offers hybrid working, with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
Role:
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, providing expert advice on a wide range of employment law matters, including but not limited to, employment contracts, workplace disputes, redundancy, discrimination, and tribunal representation. The role demands a proactive approach to legal services, ensuring the highest standards of client care and the provision of robust, strategic legal solutions.
Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate
- Minimum of 2 years PQE with a solid background in employment law
- Demonstrable experience in handling complex employment cases
- Strong advocacy skills with experience in tribunals or court hearings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and colleagues alike
- Adept at legal research with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Salary: DOE
Hours per week: 35
