Your new role


You will play a key role in supporting a small, collaborative team, reporting directly to the Senior Employment Lawyer. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact employment matters, particularly those involving trade unions and employment tribunals.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 2-4 years PQE in employment law (ideally qualified in England and Wales).
  • Demonstrable experience working with trade unions and representing claimants in employment tribunals.
  • Strong advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
