Employment Law Solicitor , Southampton

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a top tier firm, a highly rated organisation where there is a well balanced Employment Law department whwre there will be a great opportunity to have your own caseload and work in close proximity to a partner and an associate with partner support also elsewhere in the firm.

The opportunity is for an ambitious solicitor at NQ or 1 PQE who is looking to progress their career in a fantastic working environment in a firm with a track record of progression.

You can expect to find a favourable work life balance including a chargeable hours target of 1200 hours a year and the chance to have ownership of excellent client relationship and to set strategy. Your clients include small SME's, large corporations, PLC's and you could be covering defendant or claimant side work, offering geerak advise, TUPE matters, redundnancies, high end claims and much more.

You will have a good grounding in the basics of Employment Law in a reputable Legal 500 firm and will have had some direct exposure during your time as a trainee.

Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Southampton area.
