Aberdeen/Edinburgh - Electronics Engineer - £40k-£60k - Wireless Technology
Platform Recruitment have partnered with a leading provider of electronic, wireless communications solutions. They are looking to recruit a Electronics Engineer to join their team. You will work primarily within the Electronics R&D team to expand and enhance the range of services that the company provides
Main Duties:
+ Design electronics for surface and downhole tools
+ Developing hardware and software for testing and production
+ Conducting the qualification of new designs and technology
+ Generating engineering reports and operating and build procedures
Key Skills:
+ 5+ years of commercial experience in electronics design
+ Experience in the oil and gas sector advantageous
+ Experience with high temperature electronics advantageous
+ Analogue and low power electronics design experience advantageous
+ Experience of hybrid or multi-chip modules advantageous
+ Experience of PCB layout advantageous
Salary/Location:
+ The salary for this position is £40k-£60k, depending on experience
+ This role is full-time, and can be based in either Aberdeen or Edinburgh
