This is an excellent opportunity to working in a small team and a dynamic environment within a growing business with a global client base.

This company designs instrumentation for Oil and Gas, geothermal energy sectors within the UK. They specialise in the development of High-powered electromechanical devices and high pressure and temperature applications.
In this varied role we need someone to l take our established wireline telemetry system forward to the next generation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to grow experience in DSP and OFDM and grow with this dynamic fast paced and growing company.

The role:

  • DSP implementation
  • Maintenance and development of the design.
  • Code review, perform other programming tasks, provide troubleshooting assistance and technical support.

The ideal candidate:

  • 3+ years as a DSP Engineer or similar role
  • Experience working with OFDM technologies.
  • Knowledge of Forward Error Correction methods
  • Expertise in signal processing theory, algorithms, and implementation techniques
  • Expertise in embedded code for timing critical applications
  • DSP implementation on small microcontrollers and FPGAs
