Swindon, Hybrid Working (50% of time)

Are you an degree qualified Electronics Engineer or similar with experience in Control / Applied Electronics, looking to take a step away from hands on work where you will work for one of the largest UK engineering and weapons powerhouses in the UK, working in a position that will be directly impacting the future of Navy Engineers, whilst providing you with lots of development, autonomy & a variety of company benefits?

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing training courses and evaluating assessments and exams for Technician discipline courses in accordance with the Defense Systems. You will also conduct safety and environmental compliance checks, supervise students and visitors, and implement relevant procedures from the Defense School of Electronic and Mechanical Engineering.

This role would suit an Electronics Engineer or similar looking to directly impact the future of the next generation of Military Engineers by designing technical courses. THE ROLE:
* Design and develop training courses following client-provided Training Objectives.
* Create Course Training Package documents and assess assessments and exams, primarily for Technician discipline courses.
* Ensure safety and environmental compliance, supervise students and visitors, and implement relevant procedures, while participating in presentations to agencies and visitors when necessary.
* Hybrid working - 50% of the time

THE PERSON:
* Electronics background
* Understanding of counter / applied electronics
* Commutable to Swindon - WFH available
