Hexagon Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for our client a permanent position located in Bromborough. For the position of an Electro-Mechanical Winder

Our client are a busy engineering site and require Electro-Mechanical Winder to work within a very busy site where you will be required to undertake the testing and repairs of AC stators and DC armatures in an efficient manner.

Pay Rate: £40,000 per annum
Hours required: 08.30-17.00 Mon-Fri (40 Hours)
Location: Bromborough

Our client requires Electro-Mechanical Winder who has the following experience:

  • Time-served apprenticeship.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in motor rewinds.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical connections.
  • A high level of understanding of winding stators and armatures.
  • Ability to interpret winding diagrams.

The following experience would be advantageous:

  • Experience of mechanical repairs (pumps / gearboxes / fans).
  • Experience of dismantling and inspecting rotating equipment.
  • An understanding of electro-mechanical equipment.
