They’re gearing up to open their newest venue in Birmingham next month and are looking for a technical support Engineer to join the team working on trouble shooting and fixes for electronic and mechanical equipment.
?? Key Responsibilities:
With your can-do attitude, we'll train and equip you with everything you need to excel as a Support Technician:
• ??? Maintain smooth back-of-house technology operations
• ?? Conduct regular maintenance checks for electronic and mechanical equipment
• ?? Implement operational procedures daily
• ?? Utilize ticketing systems to track and resolve requests
• ?? Collaborate with the venue team to tackle ad hoc faults
What We're Looking For:
• ?? Punctual, reliable, with a good attitude
• ? Quick learner
• ?? Interested in new novel technology
• ?? Experience in audio/visual, mechanical maintenance, or computer systems
• ??? Familiarity with IT operating systems
• ?? Availability for evenings and weekends
