Project Manager Required :

I am looking for a Project Manager who will work with our client, professional services and suppliers where required to ensure that each project is delivered in accordance with the Project Plan - safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standard.

You will be the focal point for managing Client expectations and will deliver all projects in line with my clients management systems, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

· Management a team/ subcontractors

· Cost analysis

· Liaising with the client

· Managing the handover process

· Project reporting the board of directors.

· Attend meetings.

· Bring in the correct labour for the job required.

· Obtain quotations for materials and order in line with program of works.

· Raise and issue all Health and Safety.

· Design through to completion.

· Finalization of all final accounts with the nominated QS

- Experience with commercial and industrial electrical projects.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
